Boris Dorfman is a partner and co-founder of LBC Capital. He's responsible for developing and implementing the company's procedures, strategic processes, and administration. Boris puts deals together and raises capital, as well as handling any other tasks that need to be done. With Boris' commercial real estate development experience and background in commercial transactions with Zelman Development Companies, he's an expert at putting together complicated commercial deal scenarios. Boris is a licensed broker, and has a degree in business administration with an emphasis in real estate from California State University.
Vladimir Isperov
Chief Lending Officer
Vladimir is a co-founded and a partner at LBC Capital. As a leading force, his tireless efforts have helped the company to thrive in all of its endeavors. With over ten years of experience as an industry leader, he is admired for his insight, vision and knowledge. Vladimir has also been influential in creating opportunities for the organization to expand into new markets, with substantial success. For these reasons, Vladimir is one of the most established and respected members of the California Real Estate community.
Michelle Ong
Chief Compliance Officer
Michelle joined the company in 2016 with years of experience in real estate and finance. Michelle has extensive experience working with different brokers and real estate professionals, giving her the unique and keen understanding of the different financing and real estate segments.
Michelle is skilled in hard money loans, commercial, fix & flip and construction lending. Together with Boris, she is responsible for developing and implementing procedures.
